I’m all packed and all set for the biggest adventure I’ve ever undertaken. I’m excited as hell to try a new city and meet new people and see and old friend. I wanna get lost in both place and mind.

Went to Extreme Karaoke last night and it was a great cure to my physical and emotional state of yesterday. There must have been something in the air because while Extreme is always fun everyone just seemed to be in the mood to just mess around. There was alot of energy and I got to let out all the tensions of the day.

It seems I’ve been on a kettle the last couple of days. I was a bit dismissive about it, because I didn’t want to admit it could and was probably going to happen again. Today I was boiling with anger and shaking while wearing a mask of the usual Luke. With thoughts in my head that would not and haven’t gone away I had my first anxiety attack in about 6ish months. I left work on a lie, but i just didn’t wanna come out and say “Hey I’m feelin fucked up cya!” I’ll stay in the city today which I hope will be soothing, get comics and make a call.

Have booked my hostel and through a friend I know of a couple places for Karaoke and there is some old school scary film festival happening! On top of that I might be going to see the Church. It actually sounds like I’m organised don’t it?
Brisbane will be a great experience.

I’m feelin good and I’m looking forward to this Brissy trip because it’ll gimme a taste of true independence. Hostels and doing everything for myself.
Moving out was something to pursue after the trip but circumstances have changed and there is the potential bill that will equal us being fucked for a good year.Though this is early, it depends how it plays out.
